The client is you.

​

Lisa the celebrant is the trading name of Lisa Wheadon and covers all work as a celebrant and any other educational and creative endeavours undertaken.

Payments are accepted by cash, or bank transfer. An invoice containing payment information will be sent separately. 

​

By making the initial payment clients consent to having their personal data stored and processed in line GDRP rules for communication purposes.

​

Any photos or videos made by myself can be used as marketing unless requested not to do so in writing before the ceremony.

​

Your contract with me commences when I receive your initial payment. Booking is not accepted or guaranteed until initial payment is received. The initial payment is nonrefundable.

​

The ceremony will not be delivered on the due date in the absence of both full, cleared payments.

​

Once the full ceremony payment is made any alteration or cancellation by you of an accepted booking will be subject to the cancellation fee of £250.00

​

If the ceremony cannot be conducted due to severe illness, accident or extreme weather liability is with the client.

​

The client is responsible for obtaining permissions from land owners or venues in respect of any part of the ceremony.

 

Clients must agree on the final script no later than 14 days before a wedding, renewal of vows, naming ceremony or 4 days for celebrations of life, if over that time the latest copy of the script will be used.

​

Any additional costs such as travel, overnight stays, specific clothing requests will be paid by the client.

​

Any variations to the terms must be agreed upon in writing all parties
